1.A confirmed booking requires a deposit to secure our services for your wedding date.
2.Payment milestones will be communicated during the planning process, with the final balance due before the wedding day.
3.Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy.
4.Our services cover wedding planning and coordination as agreed upon. Any additional services may incur extra charges.
5.Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely decisions to ensure smooth planning.
6.While we assist in vendor recommendations, the final decision rests with the client. Elshaddai is not liable for vendor services.
7.In unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies, Elshaddai may need to modify or postpone services.
8.Elshaddai retains the right to use images and videos from the wedding for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
9.Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances affecting the event.
10.Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with prevailing legal guidelines.
Elshaddai Christian Wedding Planners values the commitment of our clients and understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
In the event of a cancellation, clients are required to notify us within one hour of booking to be eligible for a refund. A cancellation made within this initial hour will result in a 75% refund of the total fees paid.
However, after this one-hour grace period, no refunds will be initiated.
This policy is in place to account for the immediate planning efforts and resources allocated to commence services promptly. We recognize the need for flexibility and understanding during the wedding planning process, and while we strive to accommodate changes, adherence to this cancellation policy is essential for the fair and sustainable operation of our services.
